Preserving History

The Fighter Factory

The Fighter Factory consists of 7 mechanics, 6 apprentices, and a parts historian who are responsible for preserving 47 pieces of flyable history.

History in Flight

In our latest episode of United We Work, we visit the The Fighter Factory. A restoration & maintenance facility for the Military Aviation Museum, where they keep flyable WW1 & WW2 military aircraft alive. The Fighter Factory maintains a large inventory of military warbirds, fighters, bombers, training aircraft and liaison planes flying from both the First World War, Second World War and the Korean War.
